Currently, MASC operates out of a manufacturing space spanning approximately 10,000 square feet. This space includes an ISO 8 cleanroom, which meets the environmental requirements for medical device production. The cleanroom ensures a controlled and sterile manufacturing environment, guaranteeing the quality and safety of the products.

MASC has invested in state-of-the-art, PLC-controlled, fully automatic production lines for manufacturing both 3-PLY surgical masks and N95 Flat-fold Respirators. These production lines utilize advanced technology to ensure quality and consistency in the manufacturing process, resulting in high-quality products.

Future Plans: MASC has ambitious plans to scale up its production capacities in the near future.
