Manufacturing FaciLITIES

MASC currently operates out of a 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility located just outside of Chicago.  It includes an ISO 8 Cleanroom, ensuring its ability to meet the environmental requirements for medical device production.  

Certified by both the FDA and Health Canada, it meets the  rigid standards of those organizational bodies ensuring only top quality and safe products leave our facility for our customer locations in and outside the US.  

MASC has invested in state-of-the-art, PLC-controlled, fully automatic production lines for manufacturing masks and respirators.  These production lines utilize advanced technology to ensure quality and consistency in the manufacturing process.
